The 26th day of May, 2021, Russell Edwin Dunkelbarger went home to be with the Lord. He was born July 14th, 1950, to Richard and Jean Dunkelbarger, in Richmond, Indiana.
He had resided most of his life in Richmond. He was a handy man and a former employee of Johns Manville. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served his country as a United States Marine.
He is survived by his oldest daughter: Misty Renae Lunsford; two other daughters: Mary Jo Hensley (Mark) and Marci Smith (Travis); a special grandson: Brandon Dunkelbarger; granddaughter: Lacey Robinson (Bo); other grandchildren; great granddaughters: Myleigh and Paysleigh; brothers: Ronnie Dunkelbarger and Rory Dunkelbarger; sisters: Bonnie O’Donnel (Mike), Kelly Shears and Darlene Lunsford.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a son: David Allen Dunkelbarger.
