Rita Marie Kinley, 90, of Richmond died May 11, 2021, at the Waters of New Castle after an extended illness. She was born March 28, 1931, in Richmond to Joseph and Marie Milota Polak Sr. and lived here all her life.

She worked as a Department Manager at Elder-Beerman. Rita was a member of St Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish, St. Andrew’s Church. She loved animals and enjoyed rescuing them working as a volunteer at Help the Animals.

Survivors include one daughter Monica Kinley Wilson of Richmond and Mike Kinley of Indianapolis, five grandchildren Tara, Tamra, James, Joann, and Joey, seven great-grandchildren, one niece, and one nephew, and great-nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother Joseph Polak Jr.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be 1:00 P.M. Monday at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church with Rev. Sengole Gnanaraj officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew’s Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 12:00 P.m. to 1;00 P.M. at the church.
