Richard “Ric” Kasulas
Ric, 56 years old, passed away August 9th from Covid complications. He was born February 1st, 1965, to Richard and Jackie Kasulas, and graduated from Richmond High School in 1983. Ric is survived by his wife Shellie, son David, daughters Bethany, Jordan, and Anna Joy. He is also survived by his brother Kelly and wife Cheryl and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
After graduation Ric joined the Marine Corps and did a 4-year tour before returning to Richmond for a year. Ric has been living in Atlanta, Georgia and working for Delta Airlines for the past 30 plus years. He made several trips back to Richmond over the years to visit family and enjoy a Claras pizza.
Ric was a die-hard Pittsburg Steelers fan, which he inherited from his father. He became a big NASCAR fan after moving to Atlanta and traveled around the country to watch races. He was an avid runner and participated in several runs with his daughter Bethany.
A service will be held Saturday 14 August at Sonrise Baptist Church in Newnan, Georgia.
