Phillip Todd Weatherly, 55, of Richmond passed away in his home on March 4, 2021.
Todd was born on November 1, 1965 to Phillip W. Weatherly and Modena S. Abrams in Richmond, Indiana. He learned the art of paint and body work from his father at a very young age. His love for rebuilding and restoring automobiles spanned his entire life. He was most proud of the work he did on a 1965 Chevy Truck. His work was featured in Custom Classic Trucks magazine and Paddock magazine.
Anyone that knew Todd, knew he was kind, funny and affectionate. He was happiest when surrounded by friends and family. He was outgoing and always the life of the party. He leaves behind to cherish his memory 4 wonderful children, Michael T. (Stacey), Kyle, Brandon (Rikki), and Casey (Zach) Mogle, 7 grandchildren, his maternal grandmother Letha Abrams, his sisters Cheri Aouad, Karen Renee Clayman, Tonna (Mark) Gabbard, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was blessed to have a very close relationship with special nephew Ryan L. Kelly.
Todd was proceeded in death by his parents, Phillip and Modena, paternal grandparents Lawrence and Lucille Weatherly, maternal grandfather Virgil Abrams and niece Brandy Kelly.
The family plans to hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
