Paula Jean Kidd, 68, of Alquina, passed away Thursday morning, December 9, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born August 17, 1953 in New Castle, Indiana, to Lester and Mayfra Sparks Kellam. She was a 1971 graduate of Connersville High School and later went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Ball State University.

On July 15, 1978, she married Danny Kidd in Harrisburg, Indiana. Mr. Kidd survives.

Paula was employed for Deufol in Sunman, Indiana for over twenty years.

She loved being at home with her family. She enjoyed crocheting, baking cookies, crafts, drawing, and painting. Paula was also an avid reader.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Danny Kidd; three children, Sarah (Chip) Rudicil of Liberty, Julia (Derek) Hornsby of Hagerstown, and Manda (William) Wolf of Connersville; three grandchildren, Zane Rudicil, Logan Wolf, and Luke Wolf; a brother, Jim Kellam of Connersville; and a sister, Penny Kellam of Cambridge City. She is also blessed with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Peggy Larson; and a brother, Jerry Kellam.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 17, 2021 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home with Reverend Don Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Paula to the Fayette County Cancer Society. If desired, friends may also choose to donate blood to a local blood center in memory of Paula.
