Michael S. Eckart, 71, of Cambridge City, passed on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at his home. He was born on September 17, 1949 to J.W. and Helen Eckart in Richmond and lived his entire live in the Cambridge City area.
He was a graduate of Lincoln High School and had worked for over 30 years at Dana Corporation. He was a member of Teamster Local #135. He was a member and Past Master of Cambridge Lodge #5 F&AM, member of fuel injectors car club and enjoyed slot car racing.
Survivors include his wife Roxanne Eckart; children Bradley Eckart, Daniel (Camellia) Eckart, Amber Smith and Aaron Eckart; 9 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Visitation, a Masonic Service and his Funeral Service were held at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel last Sunday. Graveside services were on Monday at Riverside Cemetery.
