Marcia Louise Kinsinger 87 of Richmond died peacefully on December 8, 2021, at Reid Health with her family by her side. She was born July 20, 1934, in Shelbyville to Melvin and Louise Caster Roemer and lived in Richmond most of her life. She retired from Richmond Community Schools where she worked as the School Secretary for Fairview and Crestdale Schools.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Delta Theta Tau Sorority. She enjoyed reading, cross-stitching, knitting, walking, and her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years Carroll Gene Kinsinger, three children Rick (June) Kinsinger, Jill Kinsinger, and Lorri Potter, four grandchildren Tanner Kinsinger, Abby (Angis) Freeman, Emmi (Bryan) Newton, and Linsey Moore, seven great-grandchildren Brooklyn, Kian, Ethan, Lauren, Nolan, Aubrey, and Waylon, her sister Millye Martin, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law Harvey Potter.

Funeral services will be private with burial in Earlham Cemetery. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral home is handling arrangements.
