Lindsey (Koontz) Adams, 36, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021. She was born on May 29, 1985 in Muncie to Thomas and Cynthia (Estell) Koontz.

Lindsey was a 2004 graduate of Hagerstown High School and a 2008 graduate of Purdue University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in communications. In 2009, she started her career at the Aflac State Office in Indianapolis, quickly advancing to Senior Market Coordinator.

Lindsey lived her life for Jesus and loved helping others in any way she could. Lindsey’s top priorities in life were her boys, Tyler and Tanner. She was full of joy and had an infectious smile and laugh. Lindsey always lived in her own world known as “Lindsey Land”. She loved family vacations, spending time at the pool, and anything else that involved her boys.

Lindsey is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Adams. Lindsey is survived by her sons, Tyler Keith Adams (7) and Tanner Koontz Adams (4). Also surviving are her parents, Tom and Cindy Koontz; brothers, Lance (Adrienne) Koontz, Scott (Emily) Koontz, Terry (Annie) Koontz, Brian (Nikki) Koontz, nieces and nephews, Travis, Madysen, Karlee, Kloee, Fayth, Robby, Amelia, Brenna, Jacie, Livi, Kamryn, and Kinsley.

She is also preceded in death by grandparents, Richard and Rachael Estell and Cebert and Annabelle Koontz and a niece, Alayna Koontz.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at New Testament Church of Christ, 752 W. Main Street Hagerstown, IN 47346. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday also at the church with Pastors Nathan Edwards and Paul Gearhardt officiating. Burial will follow at Mooreland Cemetery.
