Linda Ruth Roscoe, 79, of Richmond died November 11, 2021, at her home. She was born on January 30, 1942, in Zanesville, Ohio to Walter and Eleanor Johnson Devoll. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children Murland (Lena) Roscoe of Ohio, Mark (Sharon) Creek of Arizona, Gunner Roscoe of Richmond, Angie (Jim) Kirtley of Richmond, Ronald Roscoe Jr of Richmond, Pandra (Scott) Fradenburg of Texas, and Hank Roscoe of Richmond, daughter in law Pam Roscoe of Selma; her grandchildren Tiffiny (Scott Adams) Kendall, Kaitlin (Zach) Wallace, Lindsey (CJ) Stafford, Zachary Fradenburg, Jacob (Chevelle Nolte) Kirtley, Savana (Jaylen Halcomb) Kates, Blake Roscoe, Whitney Roscoe, Zack Creek, Noah Creek, and Sierra Creek; great-grandchildren Eastin, Bryce, and Myles Fetters, Lydia Stafford, and Judith Halcomb; two sisters Dora Blair and Freda Martindale; one brother Carl (Marge) Devoll; nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Roscoe Sr., one son Richard Roscoe, and one sister Sue Mullins.
