Kevin Michael Hartz, 36, of Richmond died September 23, 2021, at Kindred Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born May 16, 1985, in Burlington, Vermont. He was a Department Manager at Cabella’s Outdoors.
Survivors include his mother Ann Bedard, his father Mike Hartz, one sister Whitney French (Harley Messer), and one niece Paisley Messer.
