Judith Ann “Judy” Hall, age 76, of Centerville, Indiana, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Henry County Memorial Hospital.
Judy was born on May 29, 1945, in Richmond, Indiana, to George and Betty Hickman Bell. She was a life-long resident of Wayne County, Indiana, and a Centerville High School graduate. Judy worked at Midtown Prescription Center, Mercury Records, and State Farm Insurance before choosing to be a loving and devoted stay at home mom and grandma.
Judy was a longtime member of Christ Presbyterian Church, a passionate volunteer with Birthright International, and a dedicated volunteer at community schools. She was also a member of and discussion group leader with Bible Study Fellowship International (BSF) for more than 30 years, where she served as both a student and mentor to many women. Judy deeply loved her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed many cherished friendships, studying the Bible and having lunch with her BSF friends, and traveling. Judy meant so much to so many and will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her daughters, Amy (Tony) Farley of Centerville and Stephanie (Derek) Sheridan of Toledo, Ohio; son, Stephen (Jerica) Hall of Paris, Ohio; grandchildren, Austin, Katie, Logan, Sam, Karlee, and Savannah; brothers, Jerry Bell, Dan Jeffries, and Ed Bell; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 55 years, David Lee Hall, who passed away on October 31, 2020, as well as her parents.
Visitation for Judith Ann “Judy” Hall will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Christ Presbyterian Church, 350 Henley Road, Richmond. A service to celebrate her life and legacy will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Rich Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in Abington Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville.
