JoAnn Hartsock, 77, of Cambridge City, passed away on Wednesday December 29, 2021 at St. Vincent Heart Center in Carmel, IN our loss is Heaven’s gain. She was born on May 20, 1944 in Hamilton, Ohio to Joe Pat and Viola Robbins and grew up in Kentucky. Jo Ann married her husband of 62 years, Don Hartsock on June 5, 1959. She was a member of New Life Ministries in Connersville and loved her God & Church, she served as a Sunday school teacher for many years. She worked as a cook for Western Wayne Schools for over 15 years. JoAnn loved to read, her flowers and playing with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Don; children, Mike (Melissa) Hartsock and Belinda (Carl) Reece;
5 grandchildren, Michael D.(Rachel), Matthew and Mason Hartsock, Ben and Katie Reece; 4 great-grandchildren, Ainsley Hartsock, Addison, Parker and Alex Sweet; her sister, Goldie Johnson and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 11 am until the start of the funeral at 1 pm on Monday, January 3, 2021 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City. Pastor Jeff Meadows will be officiating. Burial will follow in Westside Cemetery in Milton.
