Evelyn Louise (Lynn) Sparks 47 of Richmond went to be with the Lord on January 29, 2021. Evelyn Passed away at Reid health with her mother Laura Ellis and Uncle Danny Lemons by her side. Evelyn was born in Marion, Indiana August 21, 1973, to Laura Ellis and Randy Burnett.
She attended Winchester Community High School. She attended the Union Street Wesleyan Church when she was younger. Evelyn was a fun-loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin.
Survivors include her mother Laura Ellis of Winchester, Indiana, one brother Randy Burnett II of Winchester, Indiana, her grandmother Louise Lemons of Winchester, Indiana, two nieces Chyelsie Burnett of Winchester, Indiana, and Ashley Burnett of Union City, Indiana,two0 great-nephews Emerson and Kayson, her aunts Marilyn (Charles) Lemonsw of Winchester, Indiana, Grace (Steve) Osborn of Saratoga, Indiana, her uncles, John (Lisa) Lemons of Winchester, Indiana, Chuck (Sue) Lemons of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia, Danny (Donna) Lemons, a special aunt Teresa Burnett, special friend Gina Fioto. She is preceded in death by her father Randy Burnett, her grandparents Bob Lemons, Agnes Burnett, and Curtis Burnett, her aunt Shirley (Abby) Monroe, and a cousin Waylon Monroe.
