Charles Derrick Stephenson “Big D”, age 47, died tragically from results of an automobile accident on Tuesday December 21, 2021. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on January 2, 1974 to Charles Darrell and Diane Sue Stephenson. Derrick grew up in the Richmond area and never knew a stranger. He liked country music, would do anything for anyone and was a big kid at heart. Derrick will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother Diane; sister Danielle Brittenham, several aunts, uncles and cousins including his aunts Debbie Johnson and Kim Scott and nephews Hunter Whited and Holden Hampton. He is preceded in death by his father Charles.
Public visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Monday January 3, 2022 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Burial will immediately follow in Earlham Cemetery.
