Charles Allen Mann, age 71, passed away at Reid Health on December 16, 2021. He was born August 29, 1950, the son of Josephine and Dean Mann, in Wayne County, Indiana.
Charles was an avid bowler and fisherman.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his children: Fred Mann, Indianapolis, Shawn Mann, Kesa Wagner, Edward Mann and Mauhee Mann, all of Richmond; his longtime girlfriend: Kathy Via, Richmond; six grandchildren: Trenton Maiola, Logan Mann, Bradley Mann, Brenden Martinez, Chloe Toney and Serenity Toney; one sister: Stella Mann (Denny); one brother: Micah Mann Sr.; nieces: Trina Redd, Centerville, Chastity Mann, Richmond and Samantha Gilbert, Richmond; one nephew: Micah Mann Jr.; two sister-in-law’s: Sharon Mann and Jo Ann Mann; and a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Pamela Billheimer and the mother of his children, Lesa Mann.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Ernie Mann and George Mann.
