Annetta L. Plumley, 80, of Richmond, passed away March 31, 2021, at Golden Living Center after a long illness. She was born May 29, 1940, in Hinton, West Virginia to Robert James Edward and Lenora Pitzer Caldwell and lived in Richmond most of her life.
She was a homemaker.
Annetta loved reading her bible, spending time with family, and watching Gunsmoke.
She is survived by his four children Timothy Wayne Plumley, Aleta (Bobbie) Reece, Gina (Billy) Burlison, Kamey (Tim) Ellis all of Richmond, fifteen Jennifer, Bobby, LeAnna, David, Jessica, James, Tiffany, Christina, Maranda, Stacy, Timmy D., Kelly, Kimber, Kaleb, Kaden, several great-grandchildren, two brothers Donnie and Johnny Caldwell; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 63 years Russell Plumley who died in 1999; her son Jimmy Plumley and her grandson Jason Plumley.

Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Brett Karanovich officiating; burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
