Kellie Jean Becraft, 49, of Connersville, went home to be with the Lord at her residence surrounded by her loving family, Thursday morning, October 29, 2020, following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on June 25, 1971 in Connersville, a daughter of Leonard and Debra Jean Brannon Becraft. She was a 1989 graduate of Connersville High School. Following high school, she attended Ivy Tech.

Kellie had been employed at Visteon and later Stant Manufacturing. She was also a child caregiver at Living Waters Assembly of God, as well as a caregiver for Achieva.

Kellie attended Living Waters Assembly of God. In her leisure, she enjoyed drawing and listening to music. She also loved to travel with her family to Florida and its beaches.

Survivors include her mother and step-father, Stephen and Debra Freeman of Connersville; a sister, Jamie (Kent) Vaughn of Connersville; a brother, Neil (Crystal) Stinger of Connersville; three step-brothers, Doug (Tammy) Freeman of Connersville, Danny Freeman of Conroe, Texas, and Eric (Jennifer) Frye of Connersville; a step-sister, Amanda Feeback; her step-mother, Vicky Becraft of Connersville; paternal grandfather, Harold Freeman of Connersville; and several special aunts and uncles. Kellie was devoted to being a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Becraft.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with Reverend Chris Cain officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
