Jimmie Lee Brown, age 60, a New Castle resident, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 at his residence following a long illness.
He was born July 18, 1960 in Crossville, Tennessee, a son of the late James Lee and Margaret Shelton Brown. He had resided in New Castle and Crossville, Tennessee the past 40 years. He was a roofer and was engaged in construction also. He loved family activities, watching tv and music. He especially like being outdoors and enjoying nature and fishing.
Left to cherish his loving memory include his wife, Kathy Duncan Brown; a daughter, Tausha Neal; three grandchildren, Caleb, Destinee, and Albrianna Neal; two step-grandchildren, Bobbi and Bridget Strong; seven step-grandchildren, David, Maryanna, Emmalee, and Jacob Johnson, Katherine Colleen, Lynard Lee, and Louie Thompson; close nephews, Boo and Joe Jolley, John Swells; one sister, Bridget (husband, Lonnie) Radford.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Dorothy McKee.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Macer-Hall-Marcum & Moffitt Funeral Home, 2011 East Broad St., New Castle with Reverend Bill Palmer officiating.
