Jeffrey Ray Boggs, Jeff was born on December 13, 1962, and on April 5, 2020 he was departed from us to be with the Lord. Jeff lived in Richmond, IN most of his life; he received his GED and later pursued his career in Cosmetology at PJ Community College of Cosmetology. Jeff was outgoing and was loved by so many, he never met a stranger; he attended Rock Solid Ministries before leaving to live in Knoxville, TN; he was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Boggs; and Papaw and Mamaw Heaton.
He leaves behind his loving mother, RosaLee Boggs of Richmond, IN; brothers, Bobby (Suzanne) Hightower of New Castle, Dale Boggs of Knoxville, TN, and Mark (Jenny) Boggs of New Paris, OH; sisters, Peggie Layne of Richmond, IN and Rebecca Joann (Timothy) Palmer of Knoxville, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Jeff’s ashes will be returned to Indiana for burial.
