Hazel Ann Nunley 79 of Modoc passed away peacefully in her home on Oct 27, 2020 surrounded by her family. She had been battling a long illness. She was born in Randolph County on August 9, 1941 to Clinton and Albie Arnold. She was a lifelong member of the area, a member of the Pentacostal House of Prayer and a retired employee of Kabert Industries, Lynn
She is survived by her loving husband Joseph Nunley. Four children Lorri York and husband Jerry, Peggy Groce and husband Bill, Roxanna Stomm and husband Ronnie, William “Pete” Nunley and partner Rebecca. Eight grandchildren Kevin Golliher, Brandon Groce and wife Patricia, Brittney Groce, Monica Powell and husband Jason, Ashley Nunley, Nathan Stomm and fiancé Samantha, Clay Nunley and David Redwine. Three great grandchildren, Kyle, Carter and Jayla. Five siblings, Lloyd Arnold, Lucille Arnold, Rose Cox, Monty Arnold and Sheila Caudill.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Sheldon Arnold.
Visitation will be 11am-1pm on Friday October 30,2020 at Culberson’s Funeral Home Hagerstown, IN Services will follow at 1pm. Pastor Mort Radford will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
