RICHMOND, Ind. – Rose A. Jacobs, age 92, of Richmond, Indiana, died Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at Brookdale Senior Living in Richmond.
Born July 13, 1927, in Bens Creek Pennsylvania, to Joseph and Mary Vochek, Rose had lived in Richmond since 2015. She worked at Stangle Pottery in New Jersey as a pottery hand decorator. Rose liked to paint. She loved her children.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl (Gerard) Branigan of Richmond; son, Jeffrey (Darylann) Jacobs of Columbia, Tennessee; grandchildren, Heather (Brian) Bell, Dana (Keith) Carroll, Craig (Rose) Jacobs, Allison Holmes, and Jason (Kali) Holmes; seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph F. Jacobs; parents; sisters; and brothers.
Services for Rose A. Jacobs will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
