RICHMOND, Ind. – Joseph Phillip Webb, age 79, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, August 30, 2019, at his home.
Joseph was born December 20, 1939, in Richmond, Indiana, to Kenneth and Margaret Mosey Webb. He served in the U.S. Navy. Joseph formerly worked as a machinist and had owned his own business. He returned to and resided in Richmond for the past 28 years, after living in California for 30 years. Joseph’s favorite pastime was collecting guns.
Survivors include his sons, Phillip, Charles, Kenny, and Joseph Webb; several grandchildren; sister, Susan (Virgil) Nugent of Richmond; brother, James A. (Charlotte) Webb of Bakersfield, California; aunt, Martha Mosey of Richmond; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends, including his caretakers, Tina and Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Judy Ann Bell and Sandra Louise Dargie.
There will be no public services for Joseph Phillip Webb. Burial will be in Dayton National Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
