Abington, Ind. – Ronald Keith Adams, age 75, of Abington, Indiana, died Saturday, August 5, 2017, at his home.
Ronald was born October 8, 1941, in Fayette County, Indiana, to Wesley H. and Inez May Bean Adams.
He lived in Wayne County most of his life. Ronald was a member of Everton United Methodist Church and attended Abington Christian Church. He was a member of Hagerstown American Legion Post 333, Richmond Moose Lodge 167, and Connersville Aerie No. 1065 Fraternal Order of Eagles. Ronald retired from Dana Corporation and after retirement worked for the Wayne County Highway Department. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Phyllis J. Ramey Adams; daughter, Angela J. (John F.) Williamson of Loveland, Ohio; granddaughter, Mary A. Williamson; grandson, Paul C. Williamson; brothers, Neil (Linda) Adams of Greens Fork, Indiana, Gerald Adams of Richmond, and Herman (Gayle) Adams of Indianapolis, Indiana; nieces; nephews; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Doris Lavon.
Visitation for Ronald Keith Adams will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Bud Parrish officiating. Burial will be in Abington Cemetery with military honors provided by the Wayne County Honor Guard.
