RICHMOND, Ind. – Raymond W. Talbot, age 66, of Richmond, died Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Reid Health.
Born June 5, 1950, in Rock Island, Illinois, to John D. and Dorothy Boyer Talbot, Raymond was a resident of this community since 1967.
He was a 1968 graduate of Centerville High School. Raymond was a member, deacon, and elder of Centerville Christian Church. He was owner and operator of Protek Corporation.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Barbara Talbot, to whom he was married on October 9, 1971; mother, Dorothy Talbot of Fairfield, Ohio; daughter, Nikki (Kenny) Lucas of Princeton, Indiana; son, Mikel (April) Talbot of Centerville, Indiana; grandchildren, Montgomery, Emerson, and Briley Adams and Ethan, Chandler, and Makena Talbot; sisters, Vicki (Paul) Long and Gail (Rich) Presutto; brothers, John (Carol) Talbot, Gary (Nancy) Talbot and Denis (Dona) Talbot; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Barry Talbot.
Visitation for Raymond W. Talbot was from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2016, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service followed at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2016, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor Wes Sewell officiating.
Burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery.
