Nettle Creek School Corp. is recognizing its two new retirees who gave a combined nearly 50 years of service to Hagerstown schools.
In his 27 years with Nettle Creek, Mike Clark has been a bus driver and custodian. School officials call Clark “a true asset’ to the district and said he has devoted many hours. “He was always willing to train and prepare other staff members or fill in wherever needed.”
Paul Hinshaw spent 21 years at Nettle Creek as a custodian. “Paul took pride in keeping the facilities clean and ready to go for students the next day or for evening events. Paul is a valuable asset to Nettle Creek as he is dependable and patient, and best of all, always willing to do what is asked of him.”
