- Cambridge City: 9:30 a.m., Dublin South Lawn; 9:45 a.m., Dublin East; 10 a.m., Capitol Hill; 10:15 a.m., Pershing Lutheran; 10:30 a.m., Pershing South; 10:45 a.m., Slaw Hill Milton; 11 a.m., Milton; 11:30 a.m., Cambridge City. Riverside American Legion Post 169 will host dinner for local veterans at noon.
- Hagerstown: 7:30 a.m., Chicago Corner Church; 8 a.m., Mooreland; 8:35 a.m., Brick Church; 9 a.m., Jacksonburg; 9:35 a.m., Salem Church; 10 a.m., Greens Fork; 10:50 a.m., Sugar Grove; 11:15 a.m., West River Friends; 11:45 a.m., West Lawn. William O. Frazier Post 33 invites the public to attend.
- Richmond: 10:30 a.m., Veterans Memorial Park. Ceremony to honor veterans, 20th anniversary of the Veterans Memorial Park and dedication of bronze marker for America’s 250th anniversary.
- Liberty: 5 p.m., Union County High School, 410 Patriot Blvd. Richmond Symphony Orchestra’s Summer Series: A Salute to the 250th Anniversary of America; free to attend.
Organizers note that according to U.S. Flag Code, flags that are damaged or tattered should be replaced.
