Richmond Mayor Ron Oler is offering a State of the City Address this week to look back on this past year’s accomplishments and provide an overview of forthcoming city initiatives.
The address will be given at noon Friday, March 14. The approximately hour-long program is being simultaneously broadcast on Whitewater Community Television’s Channel 11, WCTV’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/WCTV112021 and the city’s social media platforms.
