The Richmond volleyball team defeated Lafayette Jefferson in the finals of the North Central Conference round robin tournament hosted by Richmond on Saturday, Oct. 12. The Lady Bronchos won the first set 25-22, before Richmond came back to win the second set 27-25 to tie the match, then won the third set 19-17 to win the tournament. The Red Devils will face Mount Vernon (Fortville) to open postseason play on Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Pendleton Heights sectional.
