The Centerville cross country teams hosted their annual Bulldog Memorial races on Saturday, Sept. 27. The Northeastern Knights won first place in the boys race, paced by the first-place individual finish of sophomore Dash Thacker in a time of 16:09.1. The Lady Knights won the girls race, paced by the first-place individual finish of freshman Hayden Neagle in a time of 19:21.2. 

Team scores for boys: Northeastern 36, Centerville 53, Union County 60, Shenandoah 75

Individual placements for Northeastern: Dash Thacker (first), Lucas Chamness (third), Kaden Hill (12th), Nicolas Markward (13th), Zach Wright (17th), Brandt Benjamin (23rd), Luke Wiley (29th).

Northeastern’s boys cross country team was the team champion at Centerville’s Bulldog Memorial Invitational.

Individual placements for Centerville: Jonah Cornett (sixth), Tate Chasteen (ninth), Hunter Biava (15th), Clay Johnson (19th), Abram Jarvis (20th), Mason Flynn (21st), Grayson Hawkins (22nd), Josh Flynn (26th), Conner Scheer (34th).

Northeastern’s Dash Thacker won the individual title during Centerville’s Bulldog Memorial Invitational.

Caden Ripberger, competing as an individual for Lincoln, placed 16th, Asher Short placed 33rd and Caden Mejia-Alvarez placed 37th.

Individual placements for Northeastern: Hayden Neagle (first), Audrey Neagle (third), Madelyn Green (ninth), Zella Cook (11th), Isabella Green (12th), Amiyah Davis (13th), Olivia Crull (26th), Claire Mainous (27th), Kendall Patterson (29th).  

Individual placements for Centerville: Anna Nevels (seventh), Addie Talbot (17th), Evie Morgan (18th), Paige Dixon (20th) Olivia Hawkins (23rd), Victoria Beatty (25th).  

Kinley Puckett, competing as an individual for Lincoln, placed fourth.
