Richmond soccer player Ben Holliday was recently recognized by the Indiana High School Athletic Association for sportsmanship during a soccer match between Richmond and Eaton (Ohio).
Twice during the closely contested match, one of the best players for Eaton went down with leg cramps and both times Holliday came to his aid.
A parent of an opposing player reported the sequence to the IHSAA, which commended him for his exemplary behavior.
