Free financial aid sessions are planned at five high schools for prospective and current students considering vocational/technical or college classes.
During Wayne County FAFSA Days, participants can get free hands-on assistance in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
All high school seniors and parents, current college students and adults considering college are invited to attend the program that best fits their schedule, regardless of where they live.
The programs are:
- 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, Lincoln High School, 205 E. Parkway Drive, Cambridge City
- 2-6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, Richmond High School, 380 Hub Etchison Parkway, Richmond
- 4:30-6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, Hagerstown High School, 701 Baker Road, Hagerstown
- 5-6 p.m., Monday, Jan. 12, Seton Catholic High School, 233 S. Fifth St., Richmond
- 2-6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, Northeastern High School, 7295 U.S. 27 N., Fountain City
Centerville High School held its program Nov. 11.
Students and parents should each bring their FSA ID login information that they’ve created at studentaid.gov/fsa-id, 2024 tax return and W-2, Social Security Number, cell phone and email address.
Indiana’s application filing deadline is April 15.

In addition, Richmond High School is also offering three after-school FAFSA Help Days in partnership with Invest Ed.
All are from 3-6 p.m. Dec. 8, Feb. 9 and April 13 in the library computer lab. Additional sessions might be scheduled during the school day. For more information, call 765-973-3424.
