A seminar geared toward volunteers and professionals interested in animal welfare is scheduled 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. June 19 at Morrisson-Reeves Library, 80 N. Sixth St., Richmond.
Dogs Playing for Life will conduct the seminar on behalf of HELP the Animals, a Richmond no-kill shelter, according to a news release. Anyone is welcome to the seminar designed to demonstrate how playgroups improve quality of life for dogs and people in shelters.
