Allen said he’s been away from his camera for 10 years, and this is his first photography show since college.

An opening night reception is set for 6-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, and the exhibit will be open through the end of the month.

Gallery hours are 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays. It also will be open from 6-8 p.m. Mondays during wood carving and 9 a.m.-noon Tuesdays while quilters are on site.

Although Allen Antiquities and Curiosities antique shop on Foote Street in Cambridge City has closed, the business continues in antique malls in Indiana communities such as Portland, Clayton, Plainfield, Madison and Indianapolis, and Springfield, Fairfield and Hamilton in Ohio.
