The Centerville Bulldogs picked up a 5-1 win over Richmond in a game played at McBride Stadium on Thursday, May 16. 

The Bulldogs scored five runs in the top of the fourth inning and held on to win 5-1.

The Bulldogs’ pitchers turned in strong performances. Chase Clark started, only surrendering four hits and one run in four innings of work to pick up the win. Luke Basler pitched the last three innings, holding the Red Devils without a hit. 

Basler also led the Bulldog offense with two hits and two runs batted in, highlighted by a bases-loaded single in the fourth inning.
