The PAAC recently announced their Volleyball All-Conference selections for the 2024 season. Defending 2A state champion Muncie Burris and Seton Catholic dominated the selections. Seton Catholic had two first team honorees, seniors Bella Cornell and Bryn VanVleet. Freshman Taryn Tremain was named to the second team. 

VanVleet became the first Seton Catholic volleyball player to be named Player of the Year by the league. VanVleet led the Cardinals with 527 kills, 197 digs, 39 blocks and delivered 67 service aces. VanVleet enters postseason play with a school record of 1,687 career kills. 

Cornell led the Cardinals with 446 assists and 68 service aces while adding 187 digs and 62 kills. Tremain had 355 assists, 117 kills, 13 blocks and 38 aces. 

The Cardinals compiled a regular season record of 22-8 and entered state tournament play as the fifth ranked team in 1A.

  • Taryn Tremain — Seton Catholic
  • Aiva Kresge — Greenwood Christian Academy 
  • Quinlan Litke — University
  • Daaliyah Kemp — Park Tudor
