Residents of Wayne and surrounding counties can hear updates from the area’s state lawmakers and ask them questions later this month.
Indiana University East will host a legislative forum from 8-9 a.m. Friday, March 7.
The gathering in Whitewater Hall’s lobby, 2325 Chester Blvd., Richmond, is free and open to the public.
Sen. Jeff Raatz and Rep. Brad Barrett will give opening remarks and describe legislation of interest in the Indiana General Assembly. They will then take audience questions.
The second forum will take place from 8-9 a.m. Friday, April 11, in Whitewater Hall’s First Bank Richmond Community Room 139.
