INDOT plans U.S. 40 light changes

The Indiana Department of Transportation will alter the traffic lights at both U.S. 40 intersections with 12th Street in Richmond. ‘Black material’ in cooler an issue inspectors cite 

Inspectors discovered three critical and 19 noncritical violations during recent routine inspections of local establishments.
