Devon Shane Parker 29 of Richmond was born June 22, 1993; He passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2022, in New Haven, Connecticut after living in Las Vegas for the last three years.
Devon was a class of 2012 Richmond High School Graduate.
Devon loved music and was a gifted singer; he liked to travel. He had a quick wit and an amazing sense of humor.
He is survived by his son Sebastian Parker of Richmond, mother Pam (Steve) Riggle of Richmond, father Joseph (Pam) Parker of Natchez, Mississippi, one sister Erin Parker of Denver, Colorado, grandmother Edith (Pete) Jansen of Richmond, grandfather Alan Kempton of Centerville; four aunts Paula, Diane, Dawn, Debbie, one uncle John, one cousin Tiffany.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Shirley and Joseph Parker Sr., and one uncle Tim Kempton.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home.
