Sylvia J. Ravencraft, 91, of Cambridge City, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Ambassador Health Care in Centerville, IN.
She was born on September 5, 1925 in Brownsville, IN to Joseph and Clara (Davis) Feller.
She was a 1943 graduate of Milton High School and was a member of Milton Christian Church. Sylvia worked at Jenkins Hall, vita Fair Pharmacy & then retired from Knollenberg’s after 25 years.
She is survived by daughters, Brenda (Ron) Chandler of Cambridge City and Suzanne (Darrell) Maines of Connersville; granddaughters, Laura (Lance) Waskom of Greenwood and Lisa (Brent) Holverson of Indianapolis; great granddaughters, Brooke, Paige and Kayley Waskom and Sierra and Sage Holverson; a sister, Barbara Ravencraft; nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Ravencraft in 2004; a daughter Beverly Ann Ravencraft; her brother Warren Feller; a great granddaughter, Brianna Marie Waskom and a favorite nephew, Ken Feller.
There will be no public calling for Sylvia. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 10:00 am at Glen Haven Cemetery in Boston, Indiana.
