Fort Wayne. IN – Joseph Stephen Schroeder 36 formerly of Richmond living in Fort Wayne died October 7, 2016 at the Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born October 29, 1979 in Richmond to Stephen and Delisa Schuerman Schroeder. He worked in manufacturing and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include his four children Nicole, Joseph Jr., Hunter and Benjamin Schroeder, his parents of Richmond, paternal grandparents Pauline and Charles “Jack” Schroeder of Richmond, one brother Andrew (Kara) Schroeder of Cambridge City, one sister Heather Eliason of Centerville, two nephews Joshua and Alex Eliason, one niece Donna Eliason, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his fiancé Meghan Hogan. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Duane and Donna Schuerman.
Liturgy of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday October 12, 2016 at St. Mary’s Church with Rev. Kevin Morris officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew’s Cemetery.
