Carrie Ann Munson-Swallow, age 49, passed away at her residence on March 4, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 12, 1972, the daughter of Perry Mervin Munson and Karen Kay Campbell, in Columbus, Georgia.
Carrie resided in Richmond, Indiana with her husband and daughter. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 1996, with a Certificate in Business Administration. She worked many jobs, her last job being at Subway. She enjoyed the beach, and spending time with her husband, children, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Carrie loved her Christian music. Her favorite group was “For King and Country.” She loved God and always tried to plant a seed anywhere she could. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband: Ronnie Eugene Swallow, Jr; one daughter: Faith Ann Munson-Swallow, age 12, of Richmond, IN; one son: Jonathan Perry Munson, age 31, of Greens Fork, IN; mother: Karen Kay Campbell; four sisters: Sherry Marie Hall, Kimberly Kay Baldasare, Mikki Lynn Baker and Amy Michelle Munson; two brothers: Daniel Perry Munson and Christopher Leland Robert Munson; nieces: Lauren, Renee, Amber, Katie, Kirstie, Kayla, Isabella, Ashlyn, Hayllie, Melinda and Iysha; nephews: Nicholas, Deven, Matthew, Logan, Jason H., Dakota, Jason S., Aaron, Branson, Carlie Reed and Brandon W; four aunts: Karen Skiles, Mona Masters, Jodeem Krammer and Josephine Gould; three uncles: Michael Skiles, Roger Masters and Tom Krammer; seven cousins: Leslie, Steve, Jennifer, Shannon, Joshua, Charles and Natalie; mother-in-law: Linda Fitzpatrick; two sister-in-law’s: Lisa Waterman and Leigh Anna; three brother-in-law’s: Jeff Baldasare, Jeremy Baker and Carlie Thomas; and a host of other family and friends including special friends: Mark, Andrea, Robbie, LeAnna, Lynn, Tonya, Rob, Robin, Lila, Bozwell, Jacquie, James, Alex and Nathan.
She is preceded in death by her father: Perry Munson; grandmother: Laura Ketchum; grandfather: Robert Ketchum; paternal grandparents: Leland Munson, Dorothy Smith; cousin: Lori Marshall; and father-in-law: Carlie Thomas.
