Donna Louise Wright, 83, of Connersville, passed away Saturday afternoon, December 11, 2021 at St. Vincent in Indianapolis.
She was born June 18, 1938 in Laurel, Indiana to Herbert and Clora Mae Pursiful Noel.
On July 17, 1955, she married Robert Wright in Cambridge City, Indiana. Mr. Wright passed away July 6, 2003.
Donna was a talented seamstress, excelling at making custom clothing. In her leisure, she also enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family.
She was a member of Garrison Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Cynthia “Cindy” (William) Russell of Connersville, Cheryl Dawson of Florence, Kentucky, and Roberta (Rick) Keener of Connersville; six grandchildren, Michael Bannon, Robert Bannon, Benjamin (Shelby) Dawson, Josh Russell, Jenni (Mark) Schnable and Jared Keener; ten great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; a brother, Alvin Herbert (Sheila) Noel of Cambridge City, Indiana; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 47 years, Robert Wright; and two sisters, Roberta Pfeiffer and Carol Jean Noel.
Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow at Laurel North Cemetery.
