Jessica Jane “Jesse” May, age 35, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, December 3, 2021, at her home.
Born August 18, 1986, in Richmond, Indiana, to Jeffrey Jay and Darla Rader May, Jesse was a life-long resident of this community. She was a very compassionate person, who served as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and loved caring for the elderly. Jesse enjoyed reading and tanning. Above all else, she loved spending time with her children.
Survivors include her sons, Gavin and Garrett Holbert; mother, Darla May of Richmond; sister, Kaylee (Jordan) Wallace Mohler; half sister, Brandy May; half brother, Joshua Jay May; nephew, Colten Mohler; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Donald and Jane Rader.
Visitation for Jessica Jane “Jesse” May will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2021, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 13, 2021, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor James E. Slaven officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
