Dana D’Ann Parkhurst Daniels, 48, was called home to her heavenly father on November 27, 2018, after a long battle with cancer.
Dana was born on October 17, 1970, in Richmond, a daughter of David and Nancy.
She graduated from Centerville High School in 1988 and graduated from Ivy Tech in 1995 with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science and LPN.
She had been working as a supervisor for American Senior Communities Countryside Meadows in Avon.
Dana was a dedicated mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She was a fabulous human being with an outgoing personality. She was full of life and contributed much of her time to her family!
She is survived by her daughter, Rebekah Daniels, of Mesa, Arizona; her son, Ryan Daniels, of Mooresville; three grandchildren, Savanah, Bentley, and Paisley; her mother and stepfather, Nancy and Phillip Younts of Centerville; her father, David Parkhurst of Speedway; her sister, Kylee (Blake) Southerland of Centerville; niece, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Louise Smith, Otto and Sarah Parkhurst and Robert Younts and Vivian Younts.
The family would like to give a special thank you to her friends and staff at Countryside Meadows of Avon for her outstanding care.
Visitation was Nov. 30 at Conkle Funeral Home, Speedway, and service was Dec. 1. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home in Dublin.
