Minnie Marie Hutzell was born 9/29/32 in Symbol, KY, to Ballard and Fanny (Hodge) Combs. She was a resident of Lynn, IN, and passed away on July 5th, 2021 peacefully at home. She was a member of the First Church of Christ in Lynn, IN. She also was a retiree from Belden Wire with 32 years of service. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed reading and doing word search in her spare time.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Hutzell of 45 years.
She had three children: Sandra (Marshall) Meyers, Gary (Susan) Hutzell and Janet Cox (deceased).
She was very proud of her grandchildren: Marshall (Tina) Meyers III, Heather Edwards, Jamie (Jeremy) Marcum, Melissa (James) Roth, Stephanie Hutzell (Eric Woodruff), Brittnie Moore (Joshua Williams), Lindsey (Jonathan) Nicholson, Tyler Saunders and Joshua Hutzell (deceased).
She was also a great grandmother to: Myckala Meyers-Roth, Dakkotah Roth, Cheyenne Meyers, Victoria Meyers, Weston Meyers, Dylan Burge (deceased), Tyler Burge, Kaylee Hutzell, Javin Hutzell, David Woodruff, Samuel Woodruff, Jaden Williams, Jaxon Williams.
Marie was 1 of 12 children: Zola (Joe) Archer, Suda Young, Harve (Lois) Combs, Ruth (Carlos) Peters, Johnny (Norma) Combs, Pearl (Barbara) Combs, Ida (Jess) Daniels, Ruby (Dick) Ogg, Juanita Compos, Jesse (Cheryl) Combs, all of which preceded Marie in death. With one remaining sister Dorthy (Curtis) Wolfe.
With numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
Funeral services will be held at Community Family Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Doug Nolen officiating. Family and friends may visit the funeral home Tuesday two hours prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Earlham Cemetery Mausoleum.
