Alicia D. Dumlao, 69, of Richmond, passed away July 6, 2021, at Reid Health after a long illness. She was born May 22, 1952, in Manilla, Philippines to Crispin and Amelia Roxas Driz and lived here for the last 16 years.

She was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church.

Alicia retired from the Richmond State Hospital where she worked as a psychiatric attendant.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years Marlyn Dumlao, two daughters Kathleen (Dennis) Acunin, Charmaine Dumlao, three sons Karl Dumlao, Kristofferson Dumlao, Allen Michael Dumlao, five grandchildren Kyle, Kyra, Carys, Aislin, Zakiyah, one great-granddaughter Kyli, two sisters Rosemarie, Thelma, two brothers Reggie, Nathaniel, several nieces, nephews, special aunts Beatriz Roxas, Nene Supan.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Aristotle, one sister Leilani, her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
