Thomas L. Carlin, age 68, passed away at Randolph Nursing Home on May 2, 2021.  He was born August 2, 1952, to Delbert and Rita Carlin in Richmond, Indiana.  Thomas attended Richmond High School.  He was a painter and had also worked in construction.  Thomas was a loving, quiet man and he will be missed.  He is survived by three children: Tiffany Callahan, Thomas Leroy Meece and Tommy Jones; grandchildren: Destiny Callahan, Aaron Callahan, Ryan Meece, Thomas Meece and Brandon Meece; several great grandchildren; a sister: Suzanne Sanders; and a brother: Cecil Carlin.  Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers: Gary, Marc and Darrell; and a nephew: Troy Carlin.  There is no public services.  Community Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.  Send online condolences to the family via the guestbook at www.communityfamilyfh.com
