Debra S. Smith, 62, of Hagerstown, died Friday, April 30, 2021, at Arbor Trace Health and Living Center.
She was born in New Castle on March 31, 1959 to John and Ruby (Harrison) Miller and was a lifelong resident of the Hagerstown area.
Survivors include her husband, Vaughn Smith; a sister, Angie (David) Fisher; a brother, Paul (Tara) Miller; nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Miller.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 PM on Wednesday, May 5, at Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Services will follow at 2:00 PM. Pastor Paul Gearhardt will officiate. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.
