Glenda M. Minner, age 81, of Richmond, died Saturday afternoon (February 13, 2021) at her residence. She was born in Middleburg, Kentucky on September 22, 1939 to Kelly and Myrtle Wilson Walls and had lived in this area most of her life. She had worked for Alcoa but her greatest pleasure was being a mother to her 3 children and most importantly a devoted care giver to her son, Scott. Glenda displayed great love for her family and found great joy with her 2 grandsons and great-grandson. She was also an avid bingo player and enjoyed time with her friends at American Legion Post 65.

Survivors include her daughters Kathy Cole and Michele Tiemann; grandsons Brad Shaffer and Bryan (Valerie) Shaffer; great grandson Ross Cate/Shaffer; and six sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, John Minner, in 2010, her son, John Scott Minner, in 2014, her brother and one sister.

Private services will be conducted with burial in Greens Fork South Cemetery.
