Terry L. Stegner, age 69, a New Castle resident, passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, January 26, 2021 surrounded by her loving family at her side. She was born February 5, 1951 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Don and Sylvia Kissick Murphy.
Terry attended New Castle Schools and worked 18 years for WalMart. She loved family activities and treasured being a wife, mother and mamaw.
She is survived by her husband, Randall Stegner, whom she married January 27, 1968; two children, Ginny (Bryan) Bledsoe of New Castle, Randy Stegner of Burlington, Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Bradley Bledsoe, Jeremy (Lara Paul) Bledsoe, Jared Bledsoe, all of New Castle; Justin and Devin Stegner, both of Burlington, Wisconsin; two siblings, Steve (Cindy) Murphy of New Castle and Jeff (Peggy) Murphy of Troy, Ohio. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 29, 2021 at Macer-Hall-Marcum & Moffitt Funeral Home, 2011 East Broad Street, New Castle, with Troy Kendall officiating services. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call Friday beginning at 12:00 p.m., until service time at the funeral home.
